Shugo Chara 37-44 - Whole Lotta Chara

I'm so far behind on Shugo Chara I'll never catch up, so we're going to condense 3 hours of anime into 3 paragraphs with one line reviews of each episode. And if that doesn't work for you, episode 44 is the mid-season wrap-up, so just go watch that.
Episode 37 wraps up the "Arrogant Prince" storyline. Only thing of note here is they continue to try to pretend the following is a dude:
Dude looks, talks, walks, smells, and probably feels like a lady
In Episode 38, Ikuto tries to see if his "key" will fit Amu's "lock". And by "key", I mean an actual key, and by "lock", I mean an actual lock. This isn't that kind of show
Maybe because she's 12?
In Episode 39, Tadase finally comes out of the closet.
You look MARVelous!
In Episode 40, the Scooby Gang discovers Kairi has betrayed them all. Oh, and there is a 20 minute side story about how Rima's parents are total dicks.
The glasses give it away
Naturally, Kairi is going to have to redeem himself, and saving Amu from an X Character monsters reveals his character change in Episode 41.
See? No glasses makes you ten times cooler
Episode 42 and 43 make up a two parter, the final showdown with Utau, and gets more than one screenshot.

A showdown with Utau more means a showdown between Amu and Dia.
Buuuuuuuuuuuurned!
And thus in between various character changes and super attacks, Amu does some soul searching.
You just keep telling yourself that loose
DING!
Her reward? A character change with Dia, and a bit of nostalgia for old Dreamcast owners.
Apparently, Dia transforms into Ulala from Space Channel 5
Dia's defection crushes Utau, and she admits defeat.
Open and close your mouth?
But being Shugo Chara, we have to redeem all the badguys, so to remind Utau of why she wanted to sing in the first place, we bring on the comic relief!
You're still running in despite all the swords and explosions?
It works.
Look - teeth!
None too soon, either, as Yukari's escape with the X-eggs backfires bad. Keep in mind she's in a helicopter while this is going on.
Was it ever?
Now that Utau is back on the wagon, she can use Iru once again. And it's SUPER EFFECTIVE!
That works a lot better than with Amu
The wings come in handy.
Gotcha!
So Utau is back to her original self, Yukari has quit Easter and become a good guy just a little too easily, and for some reason, Dia goes back to sleep.
In other words, we're not stopping at Episode 44
As I said, Episode 44 is the recap episode, but the mix in a little plot. As Utau and Yukari move into a new office with everyone's help, Kairi drops the bomb.
Help Wanted - Jack
This last bit of news is the only thing I wanted to comment on. With the Jack chair open, we could see the return of Nadeshiko to fill this spot, which would also cause the revelation of the whole Nadeshiko/Nagihiko to everyone. That is going to be interesting.
