Sunday, March 21, 2010 at 01:00PM I have expounded the virtues of Ladies vs Butlers as an experimental ground for pushing the boundaries of fanservice. This week came the inevitable conclusion, as stupidity and cleavage overcame story and plot. Not that there is much of either of those anymore.

A love triangle = cliche. A sports festival = cliche. A standoff between protagonists to be decided at the festival = cliche. Everyone's clothing falling off at the festival = cliche, but only in this show. This week really felt like an attempt to extend the showdown between Tomomi and Serina into two episodes,with predictable results. I no longer care who wins, as in the end Hino should just run off with Daichi and leave these two to kill themselves.
